More than just a running program, My First 5k will teach you how to safely RUN a 5k in 12 weeks. Learn to make the necessary lifestyle changes to make fitness and running a regular part of your life. The group trains together twice a week and on two scheduled Saturdays. Training is $250 and is packed with gear, coaching and so much more!

Designed for the runner who has completed at least one 5k and is ready for the next challenge. Learn to safely increase distance to comfortably run 6 miles and to continue regular, injury free running. Training is $250 and includes a pair of professionally fit running shoes ($140 value), entry into race, a custom tech run shirt and more!

The 12 week Training Program is for new and experienced distance runners who want to tackle the hills of Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. Each participant receives a comprehensive, training schedule with 4-5 days of running per week. Weekly workouts include: hill training, tempo runs, interval runs, middle/long distance runs.

This 12 week Half Marathon Training Program is for new and experienced distance runners. Designed to teach you to safely increase distance to comfortably run 13.1 miles and to continue regular, injury free running. Each participant receives a comprehensive, training schedule with 4-5 days of running per week.

A 16 week training program designed for runners seeking a new challenge or veteran marathoners aiming for a personal best. This program provides coaches and pacers that teach you to safely increase distance to comfortably, healthily and strongly run 26.2 miles!

This program is a 10 week speed/maintenence program designed for anyone who wants to maintain running between our 10K and Half Marathon training programs or anyone who wants to work on speed in a group setting!
