This program is a 10 week speed/maintenance program designed for anyone who wants to maintain running between our 10K and Half Marathon training programs or anyone who wants to work on speed in a group setting!
Training is $100 and is packed with gear, coaching and so much more!
Weekly training takes place twice a week at Running Wild, Pensacola.
Meet Lari, our training program director. Lari has been running since high school, where she was a hurdler, and has been
distance running for the past 16 years. Lari has been a coach at Running Wild for the past 8 years and the Training Program
Director for the past 7 years. She helps coach all distances and is both RRCA and CPR certified. Lari's favorite local race is
the Fiesta 10K.
