It's back! Led by Caleb Carmichael, UWF Cross Country Coach. Run 6 miles at 6 in the morning and drink some coffee afterward. Check in using the app to get points. If this is your first time and you do not know the route, please arrive 15 minutes early. Doors are being installed so you can enter the store from the back.
This is a women’s only, all abilities running/walking group. All abilities 3-5 miles through East Pensacola Heights. Meet at Running Wild on Cervantes. Please do not bring your husband, boyfriend, dad or male friend. The only guys welcomed will be in strollers. Women Empowerment!!!

Saturday Morning Long Run at 6am. Many of our training groups use this run as a staple to their program but it is offered all year long. Various paces and distances leave the store at 6am so come 15 minutes early to use the restroom, roll out using demo Trigger Point products, and meet with your people. Groups run anywhere from 8 to 20 miles...more or less.
