Designed for the runner who has completed at least one 5k and is ready for the next challenge, or a veteran runner working to achieve a personal best! Learn to safely increase distance to comfortably run 6 miles and to continue regular, injury free running. Training is $250 and includes a pair of professionally fit running shoes ($140 value), entry into race, a custom tech run shirt and more!
Participants should be able to run three miles comfortably without stopping in a least 45 minutes

Meet Lari, our training program director. Lari has been running since high school, where she was a hurdler, and has been
distance running for the past 16 years. Lari has been a coach at Running Wild for the past 8 years and the Training Program
Director for the past 7 years. She helps coach all distances and is both RRCA and CPR certified. Lari's favorite local race is
the Fiesta 10K.
Mary has run off and on, but really started about 6 years ago. When COVID hit, she got more into it since her gym closed for a while. She has run 6 marathons and several half marathons. She and her husband own a prosthetics company, and she does the bookkeeping and keeps up with the office side of things. She also works part-time at Pilates Core Training as the office manager, and is currently studying to be a pilates instructor. She is very excited to be a running coach at Running Wild and hopes to share the love of running with others.
