Met Pads

Targeted comfort that stays put Designed for runners, workers, and everyday movers, OS1st Met Pads provide discreet, under-foot support right where you need it most. The dome-shaped pad cushions the ball of the foot and curves gently into the arch to help reduce forefoot pressure and keep every step balanced. Unlike bulky sleeves, or slippery gel cushions, these pads adhere securely inside your shoe (never to your skin) so they stay locked in place through every mile, shift, or errand. The breathable nylon top layer helps reduce heat and friction, and the slim profile means it fits easily into nearly any style of footwear. Targeted metatarsal support that feels natural underfoot Locks securely to your insole, no slipping, shifting, or peeling Breathable nylon top keeps feet cool and comfortable Low-profile shape works in running, work, and casual shoes Built-to-stay design lasts the life of your shoe
