Our program is built to teach you how to safely and effectively run a 5K, even if you’ve never run before. We focus on building your endurance step-by-step while helping you develop habits that stick long after race day is over.
You won’t just train, you’ll learn how to:
- Make fitness part of your everyday lifestyle
- Build consistency without burning out
- Improve your health, energy, and confidence
- Actually enjoy the process of running
Training takes place twice a week at Running Wild, where you’ll run alongside others who are on the same journey. On top of that, we come together for two scheduled Saturday runs, preparing you for race day as the program builds.
This is structured, supportive, and designed for real people with real schedules.

Why This Program Works
A lot of people try to train on their own and fall off. Not because they can’t do it, but because they don’t have structure, support, or a clear plan.
This program gives you:
- Accountability – You’re not doing this alone
- Guidance – Every step is mapped out
- Community – You’ll train alongside people just like you
- Confidence – You’ll see progress week after week
